Foundations and Freedom: included in every tier
Every tier includes the Somatic Freedom Method™, short monthly teachings, the Medicine Cabinet library of somatic practices, two live group coaching calls per month, and our private Skool community, where you can write to Renee and ask questions between calls.
VIP includes the entire Foundations and Freedom experience alongside your private coaching. Community and group participation are optional: they are there for you whenever you want them, while your private work with Renee can remain the center of your year.
BONUS: Soul Hunger Cleanse and Course (opens 2027). Included in all four tiers.
Connection and scheduling
Between private sessions: All three private mentorship tiers include access to Renee through Signal. Signal is a messaging app.
Scheduling your private sessions: All private-session scheduling is handled by Jessica, Renee’s business manager. Email support@reneejayne.com.
