Q: Is this religious? I've had religious trauma or don't connect to God.

This work is God-centered, but not dogmatic or religious. I've walked alongside people from every background, including those who felt deeply burned by religion. I used to wrestle with the word God myself. What matters is your openness to reconnect to truth, to Spirit, to what is sacred inside you. There's no script you have to follow here. Just space to restore your relationship with yourself and what's divine to you.

Q: Are the calls recorded?

Yes. Every live call is recorded and uploaded to our private space so you can watch or rewatch anytime. If you know you'll miss a call, you can send me your questions ahead of time. I'll answer them live so you get the replay with your personal guidance included.

Q: Is Foundations & Freedom™ for both men and women?

Absolutely. This work is for high-achieving, spiritually awakening humans regardless of gender who are ready to restore trust in their body, dissolve burnout, and live in alignment with truth.

Q: Will I get personalized support?

Yes. This isn't a watch-some-videos-and-figure-it-out course. You'll be in live group mentorship calls with me twice per month where you can bring your real life, your real questions, and get real answers. Depending on your tier, you may also have private 1:1 sessions and direct Voxer access between calls.

Q: Do I need to be in a certain place in my healing journey to join?

No. You don't need to be healed enough or have everything figured out. If you feel the pull, even if you can't explain why, you're in the right place. We meet you exactly where you are and walk with you forward.

Q: How long is the program?

Foundations & Freedom™ is a 12-month mentorship. Seven modules, one released every two months, beginning after an intro week. This is the pace real change requires. Not information. Not inspiration. Transformation at the root.
